Our Favourite TV Shows For Kids On Netflix (2020)

Netflix isn’t only for adults, but also for kids. There are tonnes of animated shows on Netflix that are family-friendly. What’s more, Netflix allows its users to create a kids’ profile on one’s account.

The kids’ profile carries a curated selection of kid-friendly titles that Netflix deems safe and compelling for kids. Netflix also allows you to restrict access to inappropriate shows. You can do so by adjusting its setting through Parental Controls.

There are many, good educational shows on Netflix. Below are our favourite age-appropriate TV shows for kids that teach good things. All TV shows made for kids teach good things. These are just what we like the most. Feel free to share yours in the comment below.

Ask The Story Bots

Story Bots begins by answering kids’ biggest questions; like “how do computers work?” and “why can’t I eat dessert all the time?”. Called the “best kids’ show on Netflix” by WIRED. Story Bots chronicles the story of how these funny Story bots characters discover the answer to a “big question.” Topics include outer space, dinosaurs, shapes, emotions, colours and more.

The Magic School Bus Rides Again

The show inspires kids to learn about the wonders of science. The Magic School Bus Rides Again is a Canadian-American animated children’s television series, based on the book series of the same name by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen. It also serves as a continuation of the 1994–97 PBS Kids series The Magic School Bus, with Lily Tomlin reprising her role as Ms. Frizzle.

Julie’s Greenroom
